About the Author
Jonathan Levi is an experienced entrepreneur, angel investor, and lifehacker from Silicon Valley. After successfully selling his Inc 5,000 rated startup in April of 2011, Levi packed up for Israel to gain experience in the Venture Capital industry. While in Israel, Levi enlisted the help of speed-reading expert and university professor Anna Goldentouch and machine learning expert Dr. Lev Goldentouch, who tutored him in speed-reading, advanced memorization, and more. The six chapters commence with relevant facial anatomy and then segue to the aging face with surgical approaches to the forehead, brow, face, and neck and a concluding chapter that discusses the male patient, adjunctive techniques, and various complications. The atlas is redolent with richly illustrated color plates that visually enhance the written word. Before and after photographs of patients who have undergone surgery are depicted, albeit with a modicum of color and attitudinal variance, to illustrate the benefits of described procedures.

About the Author
Giorgio Riello , Ph.D. (2002) in History, University College London, is Associate Professor in Global History and Culture at the University of Warwick. He has published on early modern textiles, dress and fashion in Europe and Asia. Tirthankar Roy , Ph.D. (1989) in Economics, Jawaharlal Nehru University, is a Lecturer of Economic History at London School of Economics. He has published extensively on the economic and social history of modern and early modern South Asia, and has contributed to the textile history of the region in particular.

Peter L. Silveston is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of Waterloo in Canada. Professor Silveston has authored or co-authored three previous books on reactor engineering topics as well as close to 300 research publications. He is a graduate of M.I.T. and the Technical University of Munich (Germany).

Robert Hudgins is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Waterloo. His research interests are reactor engineering, specifically periodic operation of catalytic reactors, and he has about 250 research publications. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Princeton University.
