He has provided the reader with a clear breakdown of the underlying principles of how our self-talk programs our minds. He shows us how we can literally re-wire our brains, and how this relates to the science of neuroplasticity.

In short, he has encapsulated his seminal books into a day by day inspirational guide on how to keep our Mind and Spirit focused on positive attitudinal shifts, moving towards realizing our unlimited potential.

The Best One-A-Day Book I've Read.

This newest book by Dr. Shad Helmstetter is a stellar companion to his classic "What To Say When You Talk To Your Self" and his recent "The Power of Neuroplasticity." When "What To Say . . . " was published in the mid-80's, I read it and immediately bought several. I would give it to people who were negative or struggling. This newest book will be even more effective as a gift because of how its message is presented. Self-Talk tips are gently sprinkled throughout a year's worth of great Self-Talk phrases. These tips explain everything the reader needs to know to embark on a course of new, right Self-Talk. This is an easy read and offers the single most important tool people need to succeed. Readers will learn how to rewire their brains! You'll want your own copy for sure. (My only challenge was to not read all 365 days at once!)

One of his best books yet!

This is a fantastic book by my friend and mentor Dr. Shad Helmstetter. Each morning I read the days self talk script, ponder it, underline it and sometimes make notes. Then I try and review it throughout the day so that it sticks. This coupled with listening to self talk on selftalkplus.com really makes my days go better. Thank you Dr. Helmstetter for once again creating a wonderful tool to help make our lives better.
