This book will help you to climb higher in Consciousness...
As a Vegetarian I was a but ashamed to read the "true facts" in this book about my meatless diet, -which kind of hurt my feelings, however I want to change and change is sometimes painful. You will be surprised to read some of the many facts in this book about eating meat, eating vegetables, composition of the blood thru diet and much much more. I suggest you go to google books and preview some of the literature if you really can't wait. But to be truthfully honest, if you are even here reading this review right now, then this is a book that you will love and keep for future reference as you evolve and transform, becoming more intelligent, and more loving. Indeed, you will also find quite shocking information about the history of mankind degeneration; just reading this book will give you a different outlook on life. What you see with your two eyes when you "wake up" every morning is just an illusion, which many people never escape from. Arm yourself with Knowledge! I urge you! The fire of knowledge must be ignited inside you or your life will never amount to any significance. I am in college, but college doesn't teach you a single thing about "How to go beyond" It's just all about money. If you really want to go beyond, you'll have to do it yourself. Your not the only person who is questioning the idiotic way of life that many people are living. (Forgive them for they know not what they do). Arm yourself with real knowledge, Go Beyond, and you will understand all that you have been wondering. I am not sure what much to say, but you should definitely buy this Book. The knowledge in here is probably worth $10 Million dollars over the course of your life.....

I really love this eye-opening book!

Andrew Norton Webber recommended Man's Higher Consciousness during one of his interviews. It took nearly a year of listening to his interviews before I decided to give this book a read. I found it so interesting and so compelling that I bought a second copy so that I have an everyday copy to carry with me and a backup in case I lose the original.

Since beginning Man's Higher Consciousness, I have read about ten other Hilton Hotema books and I really wish the publishers would make all of Hilton Hotema's books available in electronic form. It appears that the author sometimes repeated entire chapters from his prior books, but the Hotema material is such uncommon knowledge that the repetitions were beneficial and worked well for me.

Rajanarayanan Thottuvaikkatumana, "Raj", is a seasoned technologist with more than 23 years of software development experience at various multinational companies. He has lived and worked in India, Singapore, and the USA, and is presently based out of the UK. His experience includes architecting, designing, and developing software applications. He has worked on various technologies including major databases, application development platforms, web technologies, and big data technologies. Since 2000 onwards, he has been working mainly in Java-based technologies, and has been doing heavy-duty server-side programming in Java and Scala. He has worked on very highly concurrent, highly distributed, and high-transaction-volume systems with NoSQL data stores such as Cassandra and Riak and caching technologies such as Redis, Ehcache, and Chronicle Map. Raj has a lot of experience in integrating Cassandra with Spark and has shared the Scala code repository on GitHub. Raj holds one master's degree in Mathematics and one master's degree in Computer Information Systems, and has many certifications in ITIL and Cloud Computing to his credit. Apart from all this, Raj is a prolific corporate trainer on various technical subjects and has contributed to the Apache Cassandra project. When not working with computers, Raj watches a lot of tennis and he is an avid listener of classical music. Even though Raj has worked on many white papers and training materials, this is his first publication in the form of a book.

Cassandra Design Patterns is a superb introduction to Cassandra, for anyone approaching the subject from a traditional RDBMS background. All the important fundamental concepts are explained clearly and concisely, and in RDBMS terms.

The book provides historical context surrounding the application design, which helps the reader to grasp the reasons behind Cassandra design decisions. I think this results in a more complete understanding of the subject for the reader. The author does this without getting bogged down or including irrelevant details.

Particular attention is paid throughout the book to use cases where the application is deployed as a replacement for, or in operation with, existing non-distributed storage systems. The author methodically works over a number of categories of real-world uses, and works out each example completely. The task of applying these examples is discussed in each case.

My favourite aspect of the book is the approach to the use cases: the author begins by discussing the relevant practical application, and then carefully deconstructs it down into a Cassandra setup. He makes sure to mention any obscure 'gotchas' or tweaks to the setup that may be necessary in certain circumstances.

The Best One-A-Day Book I've Read.

This newest book by Dr. Shad Helmstetter is a stellar companion to his classic "What To Say When You Talk To Your Self" and his recent "The Power of Neuroplasticity." When "What To Say . . . " was published in the mid-80's, I read it and immediately bought several. I would give it to people who were negative or struggling. This newest book will be even more effective as a gift because of how its message is presented. Self-Talk tips are gently sprinkled throughout a year's worth of great Self-Talk phrases. These tips explain everything the reader needs to know to embark on a course of new, right Self-Talk. This is an easy read and offers the single most important tool people need to succeed. Readers will learn how to rewire their brains! You'll want your own copy for sure. (My only challenge was to not read all 365 days at once!)

This is a fantastic book by my friend and mentor Dr. Shad Helmstetter. Each morning I read the days self talk script, ponder it, underline it and sometimes make notes. Then I try and review it throughout the day so that it sticks. This coupled with listening to self talk on selftalkplus.com really makes my days go better. One of my favorite books!

A delightful story from writer - animator - illustrator - film director Frank Tashlin (1913-1972), full of humor for all ages. The writing is age-appropriate for children (of the 1950's), but the illustration is rich with sight gags and chaotic, hilarious over-the-top crowd scenes that were a probable influence on Where's Waldo.

Passed on to me from my grandparents, I pretty much trashed my copy as a kid, not appreciating it as the treasure it is, but found one a few years ago in near-mint condition at a book fair. I have no idea why this particular title was never re-issued.
